Mark Greiner introduced to the outdoor sports by his father and uncle. He grew up on true mid-west farm raising live stock and harvesting grain with a fairly large family of 8. With a family of that size, you learned real quick on how to provide. Raised as a Christian, Marks father taught him to work hard and smart and to give back what you took or more. Whether it be farming, fishing or hunting, he has great respect for it. He continued the family tradition of farming, and started his own crop farming operation in 1979. Mark met a great women, Karen Jacks of Outtumwa, Iowa and soon married her and raised three daughters…Alisha, Sabrina and Samantha. With his daughters all grown up and married, he is now expecting grand children and is eager to continue his roll as a mentor to a new generation. He enjoys taking youths hunting, whether it be small game, turkey or deer, he enjoys the experience and excitement of the first time hunter. Marks second passion is breeding, raising and training hound dogs for Coyote hunting. He enjoys the challenge and commitment needed to raise a quality tracking dog and the rewards that go along with it. Mark lives for family, the outdoors, and the genuine friends he has and has yet to meet. You can often catch Mark racing down the Iowa dirt side roads in his truck chasing those Coyotes.
