The Clubs one fee membership allows full season access to all their properties that are strategically located in well known trophy animal producing areas.
The Hunt Club Nebraska 2016 season proved to be challenging to learn its 12 square miles of hunting grounds, but members overcame the hurdle with great success. Now that members have got a little "taste" of what this property's potential is, many members are eager to get back in the spring to scout out new locations for the 2017 hunting season.
The Hunt Club Nebraska has a large herd of Mule Deer, Whitetail, Antelope and plenty of Turkeys. Members are urged to come and hunt Turkey this season as the bag limits for Turkey are liberal and offer spring and fall seasons. Antelope is also plentiful with some really good bucks spotted this past season.
The Hunt Club is perfect for the hunter that has a flexible schedule or finds time at the last minute to go hunting. Anyone having interest or would like more details on the operation are urged to e-mail the Club at firstname.lastname@example.org. The initial $1000 in membership dues is due March 1st with the balance due by June 1st.
A Successful Hunt At Our BC Lodge
Hunt Club clients George Rude & Jeff Cianfrocca of New Jersey had a successful hunt, at our lodge in South Western British Columbia. George & Jeff hunted the third week of September and found themselves covered up in good bulls. Our guiding territory runs 17 square miles and starts at the Washington state border and runs north up into BC Canada. We have a super healthy Elk herd as you can see by the antler mass on these Bull Elk. Our BC Canada location offers a variety of hunts including Elk, Grizzly & Black Bear, Goat, Cougar, Mule Deer and Whitetail. Read More

NONRESIDENT DEER APPLICATION OPENS THIS WEEKEND SATURDAY MAY 7TH 6AM CSTRead More
Nonresidents may apply for a 2016 Iowa deer hunting license beginning 6 a.m. CST on Saturday, May 7th. The application period runs through midnight on Sunday, June 5th, 2016. Applicants are encouraged to visit Iowa’s nonresident hunting page to view the application guide, season dates, zone map, drawing statistics and pricing information before submitting their application.
Hunters may apply online or by calling toll free at 1-800-367-1188. Application results will be available online at www.iowadnr.gov/Hunting/NonresidentHunting the first or second week in July.
PREFERENCE POINTS ON SALE
Hunters who choose not to apply for a 2016 nonresident deer license are eligible to purchase a preference point to increase their odds in future drawings. Preference points are $50 each, plus application fees. Points are only sold during the May 7th-June 2nd application period and the limit is one point per hunter per year. If you have purchased preference points in the past, you can log into your online account to see the number of points on your record.
Remember, all of the Hunt Club properties are located in the famous VanBuren County Zone 6.
KEY NOTES TO CONSIDER
It takes an average of 3 points to draw an archery tag. So, you should draw a zone 6 archery tag every third year.
Your chances of drawing a shot gun or muzzle loader tag are better than 80% every year. Most members book a gun hunt first to get a feel of the properties and quality of game before banking points for an archery hunt. If you are hunting with a buddy or group, you can apply as such so that if one draws, you all draw and visa versa.
Kansas Draw Opened April 2016

We have 2 weeks available in September for Muzzle Loader, our Archery hunts run from the end of October through November followed by the rifle season. Hunts start at only $3,000 for pre-rut archery. Nebraska Proves to be a Big Buck State
Our 8,000 acre Nebraska ranch has proven to be a breeding ground for big bucks. Back in 2012-2013 Nebraska estimated they lost up to 80% of their deer herd to an EHD outbreak that devastated the Whitetail and Mule Deer population. Since then the deer herds have been on the rebound with great results. Read More
Most of the deer spotted were in the 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 year old range with unbelievable genetics. Some 1-1/2 year old deer were sporting small first year horn growth with 8 and 10 point racks...some with stickers and kickers already forming, so the upcoming years look very promising for trophy deer. A handful of 3-1/2 to 5-1/2 year old deer were caught on camera, along with multiple shed finds from last season, is proof that not all deer were effected by the plague from a few years back. The Mule Deer herd also seems to be thriving, but the doe to buck ratio seems to be a bit off with roughly a 5 doe to 1 buck ratio. Future plans will include a Mule Deer Doe harvest to help balance the Mule Deer herd. We are estimating that 2017 - 2018 should yield an awesome trophy class Whitetail harvest.
The Hunt Club Nebraska
The Hunt Club division has secured an 8,000 acre tract of premier hunting grounds that is rich in Mule Deer, Whitetails and Antelope. This 12 square mile tract of land is the first of many properties on the hit list in the US. What is unique about this property, is that it has 50 square miles of public hunting grounds adjoining the one side making this piece 62 square miles of hunting grounds.Read More
To provide high quality hunting grounds in multiple states for one low price.
Our property focus is Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Kentucky, Illinois and any other state that may have a unique opportunity of properties that are capable of growing and retaining trophy class animals. We prefer larger tracts of land, but depending on the state and area, we would consider multiple smaller pieces.
Our plans are to secure properties either by purchase or by long term lease. Each state will have a dedicated "Land Manager" that would be paid an annual retainer by the club to scout, set stands & trail cameras and co-ordinate strategic food plots plantings where applicable. In most cases, the Land Manager is either the property owner, ranch hand or local who knows the grounds.
The Land Manager will also be available to members, as a guide, for a low daily fee. This will allow members to experience each property, without having to waste valuable time in scouting, and begin hunting immediately upon arrival. The Land Manager will also ensure there is not too many members on the premises at one time.
As the membership grows, members who get in on the "ground floor" will have an advantage over future members, as the new members in 2018 and beyond will be subject to a one time initiation fee, as well as the annual membership fee, as new members will benefit more from our property enhancements.
Consider this as an investment. With what we have in store for the future, your current membership can grow considerably in value. As initiation fees escalate...so will the value of your membership.
Since the US Hunt Club is a subsidiary of Wildlife Outdoors, a registered Travel Agent, we can provide members with Travel discounts for airfare, lodging and vehicle rentals.
Members will also be covered under our liability insurance policy and have access to trip cancellation insurance. Future plans are to offer low cost accidental life insurance to protect your family in the event of a tragic unexpected accident.
What we are doing now:
The Hunt Club membership drive is on and anyone interested in being able to access multiple premium hunting properties are urges to contact the folks at Wildlife Outdoor Productions at email@example.com
We have all of our contacts through out the US on high alert for these type of hunting grounds. We are currently considering large parcels in Illinois, South Dakota and Kentucky.
If you know of any great hunting grounds that could be the next sleeper spot, please let us know.
Currently for only $5,175.00 a year, you can experience premium hunting grounds that have not been over hunted, have quality game, and will only get better over time. Interested? Don't delay contact us today!
